Waverley Council offers parking permits to eligible residents who reside within the Residential Parking Scheme (RPS).

The Beach Parking Scheme that allows residents and non-residents unlimited parking in Queen Elizabeth Drive & Park Drive (Bondi Beach) and Bronte Cutting (Bronte).

Parking permits provide greater opportunity to park in some of Waverley’s busiest areas; however, they do not guarantee the availability of a parking space to the holder.

Waverley Council has implemented vPermit to streamline the application and management of parking permits. The system digitises the permit process, allowing applicants to:

• Apply and make payments online.
• Renew and manage permits online.
• Access a simple and intuitive self-service platform available 24/7.
