Invercargill City Council Car parking privacy statement

Global Integrated Solutions hosts the ePermit system on behalf of the Invercargill City Council (ICC). All of the information collected on behalf of ICC in the ePermit system will be stored within Australia by Global Integrated Solutions. Any personal information you enter into the ePermit system will be subject to Global Integrated Solutions’ privacy policy.

 When you register for an ePermit you may be asked to submit personal information including, but not limited to:

  • a) your email;

  • b) your first name;

  • c) your last name;

  • d) your telephone number; and

  • e) your vehicle registration number(s).

After you enter your registration details, the ePermit system will send you a confirmation email and you will be asked to click on a link to complete your registration. Any personal information you submit to the ePermit system will be used to process your registration by ICC. The ICC may contact you if there are any issues with this registration. If you decide not to provide your personal information to process your ePermit registration, you will not be able to obtain an ePermit to park within the Invercargill City Council parking facilities.
